Eligibility Requirements for WIOA Enrollment:
• 18 years or older
• Right-to-work in the United States
• If male, registration in Selective Service (or proof of exemption)
AND
• Lay-off letter, Unemployment Insurance documents, or similar proof OR
• Documentation of Veteran status or Spouse of a Veteran OR
• Documentation of receiving public assistance or low income OR
• Identification of specific needs such as limited English proficiency, homelessness, education requirements, or other identified needs.
