We are work2future – San Jose’s Job Center. We are part of the national organization known as America’s Job Center of California. work2future funded by WIOA, helps Santa Clara County residents get the skills and coaching they need to find a new job, get a promotion, or start a new career. We also partner with employers to help them stay competitive and manage change with supportive and advisory services.
We are your local Workforce Development Board supporting high-growth industries and in-demand occupations paying a living wage. Our Board of Directors and staff are dedicated to meeting the workforce needs of our community.
