Apprenticeship Highlights
• Starting pay $23.20/hr (includes built-in overtime) with wage increases as competency targets are met during apprenticeship
• Apprentices work 12-hour shifts, alternating between 3 days and 4 days per week
• Candidates will have full-time Western Digital Benefits and be eligible for a target 8% annual bonus
• No cost community college instruction to enhance your on-the-job training (one Foothill College class per quarter)

What You’ll Learn
As a Wafer Manufacturing Apprentice, you will learn to handle semiconductor wafers, operate fabrication and testing equipment, track batches, inspect quality, analyze data, and more to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
