OUR YOUNG ADULT PROGRAM
The work2future Youth Program is a specialized initiative that focuses on providing support and opportunities for young individuals 16 to 24 years old in Santa Clara County. Through the work2future Youth Program, participants can access a range of services including:

Work2future's EARN AND LEARN program is an exciting opportunity for young individuals who are eager to jumpstart their careers or boost their skills. It's not just about work – but helping you grow and start your journey. With this program, you can EARN UP TO $25 AN HOUR while gaining real hands on experience! Whether you're into tech, healthcare, finance, or something else, EARN AND LEARN sets you up with engaging internships that match your interests. Plus, they've got your back with resume tips and interview prep to make sure you rock future job opportunities. Kickstart your career journey while making a competitive wage!
SAN JOSE WORKS
San José Works (SJ Works) in Partnership with the City of San Jose’s work2future program and the Mayor's Gang Prevention Task Force, began in 2015 and to date, has served over 5,000 youth. This program provides youth with employment services and critical life skill instruction, this includes leadership development, financial literacy, job counseling, mentoring, job readiness training, and supportive services such as transportation and clothing. Each year San José Works places youth ages 14 to 18 with barriers to employment in a Paid Work Experience Program. Youth ages 16 to 29 are placed into a city-wide Employment and Career Services Program or Direct Employment Opportunities with private employers.
